Where We Work
Sixteen communities across Hillsborough and south Pasco. If you are on this list you are on our normal route, which means no trip charge and same-week scheduling in most cases.
Screen repair across Hillsborough and south Pasco
We are based in Tampa and we work a tight radius on purpose. A screen crew that drives ninety minutes each way cannot give you a same-day lanai or come back next week to check a panel. Staying inside Hillsborough County and south Pasco is what lets us hold a two-year warranty and actually honour it.
It also means we know the housing stock. The 1980s aluminum cages in Carrollwood and Temple Terrace almost always need frame attention before new mesh goes on. The newer builds out in Wesley Chapel and Riverview have cages built to tighter wind codes, so those are usually straight rescreens. Waterfront property in Apollo Beach and South Tampa gets salt exposure that eats fasteners, and no-see-um mesh is worth the airflow trade-off there more often than inland.

Hillsborough County
Our home county and the bulk of our work. Tampa itself covers an enormous range of enclosure types, from mid-century screened porches in the older neighbourhoods to two-story pool cages out in New Tampa. We also cover Westchase and Town ’n’ Country on the west side, and the eastern corridor through Brandon, Valrico and Lithia.
South Shore and Pasco
South of the causeway we work Apollo Beach, where salt air and wind exposure shorten mesh life noticeably. North into Pasco we cover Lutz, Odessa, Land O’ Lakes and Wesley Chapel — heavy pool-cage territory, and the fastest-growing part of our route.
Why the radius is deliberately tight
We get asked regularly whether we will drive to Sarasota, Ocala or Clearwater. Usually the answer is no, and the reason is the warranty. A two-year workmanship warranty only means something if coming back to honour it is practical. A company that drives ninety minutes each way cannot return for a single slack panel without losing money on the trip, which is precisely why so many warranties in this trade quietly evaporate when you try to use one.
Staying inside Hillsborough County and south Pasco also keeps our estimate turnaround at 24 to 48 hours and makes same-day lanai work genuinely possible rather than aspirational. It is a smaller market than we could serve, and it is the reason we can actually do what we say.
What you get regardless of which city you are in
Same crew, same materials, same seven services, same flat written pricing and the same two-year workmanship warranty. Your ZIP code changes the drive time, not the standard of the work or what you pay per panel.

Service area FAQs
No. Every community on our service area list is on our normal route, so the price you are quoted is the price you pay regardless of whether you are in South Tampa or Land O Lakes. If you are outside the list we will tell you honestly whether the drive works for your job size before we quote.
Estimates usually happen within 24 to 48 hours anywhere in the service area. For the work itself, lanais and single panels are typically same-week, and full pool cage rescreens run one to two weeks out. Wesley Chapel, Lutz and Land O Lakes sometimes run a day longer simply because of drive time.
Not routinely. Crossing the bay adds enough drive time that we cannot hold our normal scheduling or pricing over there. For a large multi-panel pool cage rescreen it is worth a phone call, but for single panels and window screens you will get better service from a Pinellas-based company.
Yes, and a meaningful share of our work is HOA common-area enclosures and community pool cages. We provide a certificate of insurance and W-9 up front, can invoice the association directly, and are happy to walk the property with a board member or property manager before quoting.
No. Pricing is driven by panel count, panel size, enclosure height, mesh choice and frame condition — not by your ZIP code. A 20-panel single-story cage costs the same in Riverview as it does in Carrollwood. Two-story access and difficult staging cost more anywhere.
Yes, significantly. UV intensity, humidity and salt air age mesh faster here than almost anywhere else in the country. Standard fiberglass that might last a decade in a northern state realistically gives you five to eight years in Hillsborough, and less than that on waterfront property with direct salt exposure.
The older housing stock. Carrollwood, Temple Terrace, parts of South Tampa and older Brandon neighbourhoods commonly have cages from the 1980s where the aluminum has corroded around fasteners or anchors have pulled loose. We check frame condition on every estimate, in every city, before quoting mesh.
Yes, with priority scheduling everywhere. After a named storm we triage by severity rather than geography, so a fully blown-out enclosure in Apollo Beach gets seen before a single torn panel in Tampa. We document all damage photographically for insurance before starting work.
We can give you a rough range over the phone or from texted photos, and that is often enough to decide whether to proceed. But the written flat price requires an on-site visit, because panel count, frame condition and access are the three biggest cost drivers and none of them are reliable from a photo.
It genuinely does not matter. The service area pages exist so you can read about your specific community, but the pricing, scheduling and warranty are identical across all sixteen. Pick whichever page is closest to you, or just call and tell us your cross streets.
