Screen Repair Services
Seven things we do, and nothing else. Pool cages, lanais, patios, windows, screen doors, pet-resistant upgrades, storm damage and the aluminum frames all of it hangs on.
Every screen service we offer in Tampa
Screen work looks simple from the driveway. It is not. A pool cage rescreen involves reading the condition of twenty-year-old aluminum, choosing a mesh that survives Florida UV, and tensioning every panel so it does not bag out by August. A sliding screen door that jumps its track is usually a worn roller and a bent track, not a bad door. Knowing which is which is the whole job.
Below is everything we handle. Each page covers what the work involves, real price ranges, how long it takes, and the questions homeowners actually ask us on site. If you are not sure which service you need, call 813-565-3194 and describe what you are looking at — we will tell you for free, even if the answer is that you do not need us yet.

Enclosure work: pool cages, lanais and frames
The bulk of what we do. Pool cage rescreening is our most requested job, whether that is a single blown-out panel or all thirty-four panels on a two-story cage. Patio and lanai screen repair is the faster cousin — most of those finish the same day we start. And when the aluminum itself has given up, enclosure frame repair comes first, because new mesh on a frame that cannot hold tension is money thrown away.
Windows and doors
Window and door screen repair covers rebuilt window screens in either your existing frames or new ones, plus sliding screen door repair. When a door is past saving, screen door replacement gets you a new one hung on a clean track with fresh rollers.
Upgrades and storm work
Pet-resistant screen installation is the upgrade most Tampa dog owners actually need — usually on the lower rows only, not the whole enclosure. And after every named storm, storm damage screen repair moves to priority scheduling, with photo documentation for your insurance claim before we touch anything.

Screen service FAQs
That is pool cage rescreening, even if it is only one panel. We price per panel for small jobs, so a single tear runs $35 to $65 rather than a full-cage price. If several panels on the same wall are aging at the same rate, we will usually suggest doing that whole section so the new mesh does not stand out against faded neighbours.
Yes. Most of our volume is residential pool cages and lanais, but we also handle condo and HOA common-area enclosures, restaurant patio screens and apartment community pool cages. For commercial work we provide a certificate of insurance and W-9 before starting, and we can schedule outside business hours where access requires it.
Almost always, and it saves you money. A very common combination is a lanai rescreen plus a sliding screen door rebuild, or pool cage panels plus Florida Glass kick plates along the bottom row. Bundling means one trip, one setup and one price rather than two separate service calls.
Push gently on a panel near a corner. If the aluminum flexes, the corner joint is loose, or you can see white powdery corrosion around the fasteners, the frame needs attention first. We check this on every estimate and itemise it separately, so you see exactly what is screen cost and what is frame cost.
Repair usually means fixing specific damage: one or two torn panels, a hole from a falling branch, a door that will not close. Rescreening means replacing all the mesh on a structure, which is what you do when the screen has aged out rather than been damaged. Rescreening costs more up front but resets the clock on the whole enclosure.
We do not build new enclosures. We are a repair and rescreening company, which means we work on structures that already exist. If you need a brand-new cage built, we are happy to point you toward the aluminum contractors in Tampa who do that well, and we will be here when it needs rescreening in seven years.
Normally within the same week for lanais and single panels, and one to two weeks for full pool cage rescreens. That stretches after named storms, when blown-out enclosures get priority. Calling earlier in the week generally gets you a better slot than calling Friday afternoon.
Two years on workmanship and spline installation. That covers mesh pulling loose from a channel, panels going slack, and spline backing out. Mesh damage from a falling branch, a dog, or a storm is not a workmanship issue, but we will always come repair it at our normal per-panel rate.
No. Estimates are free and on site, because there is no honest way to price a screen job from a phone description alone. We measure, count panels, check frame condition, and hand you a written flat price. There is no deposit required to get that number and no obligation to book.
Everywhere in our service area at no trip charge: Tampa, South Tampa, New Tampa, Carrollwood, Westchase, Temple Terrace, Town n Country, Brandon, Riverview, Valrico, Lithia, Apollo Beach, Lutz, Odessa, Land O Lakes and Wesley Chapel. Outside that, call and ask — we sometimes make the drive for larger enclosure jobs.
